ALSO Group in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Solution Manager PV/ESS to lead technical design and advisory for photovoltaic and energy storage projects. The role involves hybrid work setup, cross-functional collaboration, and direct communication with partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on photovoltaic/solar energy systems
• Conduct assessments and design solar systems.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals.
• Ensure proper installation and operation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Providing workshops and trainings to customers
• Building projects based on technical requirements
• Daily communication with Huawei
• Virtual and in-person meetings and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

Your Profile
