Job summary

Diehl Metering sp.z.o.o. poszukuje specjalisty ds. zarządzania projektem klienta i implementacji IoT, łączącego kompetencje w inżynierii, sprzedaży oraz wsparciu technicznym.

Obowiązki obejmują bezpośredni kontakt z klientami, wdrożenia IoT, wsparcie pre-sales i rollout aplikacji dla nowych klientów, a także szkolenia użytkowników w obsłudze oprogramowania Diehl Metering.

Qualifications

• Wymagane wykształcenie inżynierskie z informatyki/EE.
• Doświadczenie w programowaniu, projektowaniu systemów i rozwiązywaniu problemów.
• Umiejętność analizy wymagań klientów i wsparcia sprzedaży (PoC).
• Gotowość do podróży i pracy w zespole, dokumentowanie.

Responsibilities

• Bezpośredni kontakt z klientami i partnerami jako Customer Project Manager.
• Wdrożenie IoT, aby spełnić wymagania klienta.
• Wsparcie działań pre-sales i sprzedaży we współpracy z Działem Sprzedaży.
• Wspieranie procesu rollout aplikacji dla nowych klientów.
• Szkolenie użytkowników w obsłudze Diehl Metering.

Twoje Zadania

• You directly interact with customers and partner companies, in the languages Polish and English, (German) as a Customer project manager.
• You will be responsible for the implementation of IoT products to enable individual customer requirements.
• You support pre-sales and sales activities in collaboration with Sales Department.
• You will be supporting the rollout process of applications for new clients.
• You train users in using Diehl Metering software products.

Nasze Oczekiwania

• You have an engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• You have experience in software development, system design, troubleshooting, and optimizing technical solutions.
• You can analyze customer requirements and support sales teams with technical presentations and pre-sales activities (PoCs).
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• You are flexible and willing to travel to support customer projects.
