Job summary

Diehl Controls Polska Sp. z o.o. in Namysłów seeks a Lead for computer-based production and test systems, responsible for reliability and availability in manufacturing.

You will manage technical architecture, develop automated test solutions, and lead FCT projects, collaborating with global engineering and production teams and advising the Head of Test Systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field, with experience in industrial or production environments.
• Proven experience in technical system management, especially computer-based production or test systems.
• Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, TestStand and C#, including experience with software integration testing and validation processes.
• Ability to coordinate technical activities, manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution in a structured way.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a good understanding of industrial production processes and test systems, and very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Working in a global / international business environment.
