Diehl Controls Polska Sp. z o.o. sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für die Softwareentwicklung im Bereich Leistungselektronik, insbesondere Ladegeräte und Wechselrichter. Die Stelle umfasst Bare-Metal-Programmierung in C, Implementierung von PFC-Topologien und DC/DC-Kontrollen sowie Mentoring von Junior-Entwicklern.

Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Team mit Fokus auf hochwertige Softwarearchitektur, Tests und Dokumentation. Standort: Wroclaw, Vollzeit, unbefristet. Start asap.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Bare-Metal Embedded C im Bereich Leistungselektronik, insbesondere Ladegeräte und Wechselrichter.
• Technische Ausbildung.
• Kenntnisse in Bare-Metal-Programmierung von ARM-Kernen, auch ohne FPU.
• Kenntnisse zu Topologien und Regelungen (z.B. Phasenverschiebung, LLC) und Regelalgorithmen (PID, Feedforward).
• Kenntnisse zu aktiven Leistungsfaktorkorrektur-Schaltungen (z.B. Boost, Totem-Pole).
• Kenntnisse in Digital- und Analogelektronik zum Lesen von Schaltplänen.
• Kenntnisse in Versionskontrollsystemen.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse für internationales Team.
• Teamorientierung und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.

Responsibilities

• Führung von Projekten im Bereich Leistungselektronik aus der SW-Sicht.
• Softwareentwicklung in Power-Electronics-Projekten, insbesondere Ladegeräte und Wechselrichter.
• Bare-M-metal-Programmierung (C-Sprache).
• Implementierung aktiver PFC-Topologien (z.B. Totem-Pole) Kontrolllogik.
• Implementierung von DC/DC-Wandlern (z.B. LLC) Kontrollalgorithmen.
• Softwaretests und -verifikation.
• Dokumentation von Lösungen und Softwarearchitektur.
• Analyse von Kundenanforderungen.
• Wartung des vorhandenen Codes, Bibliotheken und Architektur der Software.
• Mentoring von Junior-Softwareentwicklern.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience in bare-metal embedded systems programming (C) in the area of power electronics, especially charger and inverter applications.
• Technical education.
• Knowledge of low-level programming (bare-metal) of ARM core microcontrollers, including those without FPU.
• Knowledge of power converter topologies (e.g. phase shift full bridge, LLC, etc.) and control algorithms (e.g. PID, feedforward, etc.)
• Knowledge of active power factor correction circuit topologies (e.g. boost, totem-pole, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital and analogue electronics to read schematics and work with hardware easily.
• Knowledge of version control systems.
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows working in an international team.
• Orientation towards teamwork and independent execution of tasks.
