Job summary

Diehl Stiftung & Co. sucht in Bażanowice, Polen, eine erfahrene IT-Fachkraft zur Leitung von IT-Projekten. Sie entwickeln On-Premise- sowie Cloud-Infrastrukturen im Einklang mit Enterprise Architecture-Standards.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Entwurf und Optimierung von IT-Systemarchitekturen sowie interne Beratung zu modernen Technologien, Leistungs- und Kosteneffizienz, IT-Sicherheit und Migrationen. Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; internationale Reisen möglich.

Qualifications

Sie besitzen starke IT-Kompetenz in Cloud-Technologien (AWS, Azure, Hybrid/Multi-Cloud) und IT-Sicherheitsarchitekturen.
Sie bringen solides Projektmanagementerfahrung und arbeiten mit agilen und traditionellen Delivery-Ansätzen.
Sie können Geschäfts- und Prozessanalysen durchführen und Anforderungen in technische Lösungen übersetzen.
Sie verfügen über tiefes Wissen von Software- und Infrastrukturtechnologien, Betriebssystemen und modernen Netzwerken.
Sie kommunizieren fließend Englisch und sind international reisefreudig.

Responsibilities

Sie leiten IT-Projekte und entwickeln On-Premise- sowie Cloud-Infrastrukturen gemäß Architekturstandards.
Sie entwerfen und optimieren IT-Systemarchitekturen (Anwendungen, Daten, Infrastruktur, Sicherheit) und verbessern die IT-Landschaft.
Sie beraten intern zu modernen Technologien und bewerten Leistung, Skalierbarkeit, Kosten und IT-Sicherheit.
Sie managen Integrations- und Migrationsaktivitäten, inklusive externer Geschäftspartnern und virtueller Umgebungen.
Sie erstellen Architektur-Dokumentationen und IT-Architektur-Blaupausen gemäß Enterprise Architecture.

Twoje Zadania

You will lead IT projects and develop on‑prem as well as cloud infrastructures aligned with Enterprise Architecture standards.
You will design and optimize IT system architectures (application, data, infrastructure, security) and ensure continuous improvement of the IT landscape.
You will consult internally on state‑of‑the‑art technologies and evaluate infrastructure performance, scalability, cost efficiency and IT security.
You will manage integration and migration activities, including external business partners and virtual environment implementations.
You will create architectural documentation and IT architecture blueprints aligned with Enterprise Architecture.

Nasze Oczekiwania

You have strong IT expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, hybrid and multi‑cloud), IT security architectures as well as DevOps and automation practices (CI/CD, IaC).
You bring solid project management experience and are confident working with both agile and traditional delivery approaches.
You are experienced in business and process analysis and can translate business requirements into clear, feasible technical solutions.
You have deep knowledge of software and infrastructure technologies, operating systems and modern network environments.
You communicate fluently in English and are willing to travel internationally for project‑related purposes.
