Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a senior Temenos T24/Core Banking Architect to shape target architecture and lead complex initiatives across integrations between core banking, payments, and digital channels.

You will drive platform modernization with API-first, event-driven patterns and ensure availability, security and resilience in an international, Scandinavian-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact.
• Strong Core Banking architecture and solution design.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking processes, capabilities and integration dependencies.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, migration or modernisation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, interfaces and data flows.
• Understanding of API-first, event-driven and cloud-enabled architectures.
• Experience with high-availability, secure and resilient banking environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on the evolution and modernisation of a complex Core Banking environment based on Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact. You will shape the target architecture and support the long-term development of scalable, resilient and maintainable banking capabilities. The project covers integrations between Core Banking, payments, digital channels, lending, deposits, customer management and data platforms. You will work across multiple initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects and external partners. A key focus will be maintaining the stability, security and resilience of critical banking services while simplifying and modernising the platform.
