Job summary
Euroclear is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect within the Group Business Solutions division in a hybrid setup across Poland and the UK. You will help define target architectures for the CREST migration, focusing on Java-based services, Event Hub technologies, and OpenShift.
The role balances hands-on Java development with coaching colleagues and shaping architecture practices across multiple domains.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in solutions architecture and full lifecycle software delivery.
- Strong expertise in Event Hub technologies (Kafka), SOA/microservices, and Java.
- Experience with platform-independent and database-independent applications, and OpenShift environments.
- Familiarity with Financial Market Infrastructure or regulated environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement architecture solutions for transversal programs.
- Collaborate with domain architects, requirement owners and IT engineers.
- Bridge Enterprise Architecture and IT delivery, ensuring standards.
- Develop reusable solution patterns and contribute to architecture practices.
- Lead design and prototype efforts, and mentor colleagues.
- Hands-on Java development while guiding the team.
