Job summary

Euroclear is seeking an Enterprise Architect for Core Business Capabilities to guide architecture for Settlement, Collateral and related services. You will lead target and transition architectures, align Business and IT, and drive the IT Transformation roadmap across global locations including Poland, Belgium and France.

You will collaborate with security, delivery and infrastructure teams, deliver governance, and articulate actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in two or more architecture disciplines.
• TOGAF certification or familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience in Capital Markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and analysing strategic Business and IT objectives and leveraging trends to determine impact on the enterprise’s strategy and architecture.
• Lead analysis of current and future-state capabilities and IT environment to detect gaps and opportunities, assess new technologies, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate Business and IT alignment and translate into an executable change roadmap with stakeholder collaboration.
• Deliver target and transition architectures and governance, providing options and visibility of strategic direction for delivery.
• Provide transparency on progress and collaboration across security, delivery and infrastructure teams.
