Ciklum in Poland is seeking a Solution Architect to join our team full-time. You will work in a cross-functional development environment, shaping future-generation architectures and leading delivery on complex projects.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, architectural governance, and hands-on guidance across software development, testing, deployment, and project management, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in software architecture design and delivery.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and modern data management patterns.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business stakeholders and establish communication channels.
• Define business goals and translate them into architectural requirements.
• Map business, information, and technology architectures.
• Develop architecture vision and perform trade-off analyses and proofs of concept.
• Document and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders; ensure alignment with vision.
• Review downstream design decisions to ensure consistency with the architecture.

About the role:

As a Solution Architect, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Ciklum is building a team to work on various projects whose primary goal to improve and automate the customer's business processes, reduce the time and effort required for various operations.

Client for this project is the largest professional services network in the world by revenue and number of professionals. Client provides audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk, and financial advisory services worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Identify key business stakeholders and establish communication with
• Identify business goals and objectives
• Gather primary functionality, quality characteristics of software behavior and given constraints
• Elaborate business, information, and technology architectures mapping
• An elaborate architecture vision that satisfies architecturally significant requirements, through trade-off analysis, proof of concept implementation, and benchmarking
• Set up and manage architecture design and documentation processesDocument and communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs to major stakeholders
• Review and validate design decisions made by down streams and ensure they do satisfy the solution architecture vision

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Commercial experience in software development (more than 7 years)
• Commercial experience in solution architecture design (more than 3 years)
• Experience with data management, data integration, and data transformation approaches
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration
• Understanding SDLC processes and their reasoning
• Experience with guiding software development, testing, deployment, and project management
