Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Angular 18+.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and software architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience influencing technical strategy beyond a single team.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Located in Poland.

Responsibilities

We are currently supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the financial services sector and are looking for an Architect who will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, and drive engineering excellence across multiple teams.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive technical direction across multiple international teams and strategic initiatives
• Design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Java and Angular
• Lead architecture discussions and establish engineering standards
• Support platform modernization and cross-team integration efforts
