Job summary

Navitas Renewables seeks a Project Manager to lead international Solar PV projects, primarily in Ireland. The role combines project delivery, team coordination and building long-term client relationships with a unified approach across remote, office, and on-site work.

You will oversee planning, mobilization, execution and completion, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely delivery. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project management within renewables or construction,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in renewable energy, construction or technical services.
• Experience managing international projects, site teams, budgets and client relationships.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently and respond to changing project needs.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Ireland and stay on-site during key project phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning and mobilisation through execution and completion.
• Coordinate Site Managers, Supervisors, Project Coordinators and site teams.
• Manage project schedules, resources and budgets, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Monitor costs, working hours, financial performance and project profitability.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, managing operational needs and commercial expectations.
• Coordinate project logistics, equipment, documentation and subcontractors.
• Manage risks, changes, delays and additional works.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, internal procedures and HSE standards.
