Job summary

UKA Group seeks a seasoned Renewable Energy Project Developer to oversee end-to-end project development from inception to execution readiness.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with legal, finance, and engineering, and drive milestones across land control, permitting, interconnection, and procurement. A minimum of 5 years in renewables and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, renewable energy, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in renewable energy with interdisciplinary team leadership
• Proven wind project development experience from early stage to construction
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of renewable technologies, trends, and regulations
• Strong financial acumen to analyze project economics and models

Responsibilities

• Owns project development from early stage to execution readiness
• Review project portfolio milestones; guide team toward goals
• Develop clear development plans with budget, schedule, and risk management
• Collaborate with UKA Poland leadership and parent company on strategy and pipeline
• Lead select renewable projects; coordinate with legal, finance, engineering and external partners to optimize processes
