Job summary

Claroty is hiring a Software Team Leader for XSA to drive the development of our secure remote access solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team delivering high-availability, secure access features across IT and OT networks, while guiding architecture and CI/CD practices.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Security Researchers to implement Zero Trust principles and advanced monitoring, nurturing your team's growth and ensuring robust code quality and security throughout the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong track record of building complex systems in Python.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP) and security concepts (Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption).
• Experience building distributed, high-availability systems that handle real-time traffic and data.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI development tools (Cursor and Claude) to accelerate development workflows, code generation, and problem-solving.

• Drive a high-performing team of developers, fostering a culture of technical ownership, security-first mindset, and continuous delivery.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust secure access features, ensuring seamless integration between IT and OT networks.
• Oversee the development of scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures that support global enterprise scales.
• Work closely with Product Management and Security Researchers to implement Zero Trust principles and advanced session monitoring capabilities.
