AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Python Application Security Engineer to automate application security controls and integrate secure coding practices into software development and cloud workflows.

The role focuses on building AI-enabled secure code scanning, automating secure patterns, and integrating SAST/DAST/SCA into CI/CD pipelines while maintaining robust cloud security posture management.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with security focus.
• Strong Python coding for security automation and scripting.
• Hands-on with Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or similar tools for CSPM and threat detection.
• Implementation experience with Terraform IaC deployments.
• Experience with CSPM runtime checks and security posture management.
• Fully autonomous execution capable with minimal supervision to build automated security runbooks.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer and deploy AI-enabled secure code scanning capabilities and Golden Images for secure-from-the-start adoption.
• Automate secure coding patterns and integrate them with SDLC workflows.
• Architect the integration of SAST/DAST/SCA into enterprise CI/CD pipelines, tuning to reduce noise.
• Implement runtime security checks via CSPM to maintain cloud visibility and threat posture.
• Review complex application code (Java/Python) and provide code-level remediation guidance.
