Job summary

Claroty is seeking a Software Team Leader for XSA to guide the development of our secure remote access solution. You will lead a team delivering high-availability systems with strong security and efficient performance across IT and OT networks.

You will work closely with Product and Security Research teams to implement Zero Trust principles and monitor sessions at scale. We value people-first collaboration and continuous improvement in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of backend development in Python with complex systems.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols and security concepts.
• Experience building distributed, high-availability systems for real-time traffic.
• Experience using AI development tools Cursor and Claude to speed up workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive a high-performing team of developers, fostering ownership and secure delivery.
• Lead design and implementation of secure access features between IT and OT.
• Oversee scalable gateway and proxy architectures for global enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Security Researchers on Zero Trust implementations.
• Invest in team growth, promoting code quality, security and resilience.
