Claroty is seeking a Software Team Leader for XSA to guide a talented R&D group in building a secure remote access platform. You will shape architecture for scalable gateway and proxy nodes, and drive integration of IT and OT networks with Zero Trust and advanced monitoring.

The role emphasizes security-first delivery, real-time traffic handling, and mentoring engineers to raise code quality and system resilience across an international enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security concepts.
• Experience building distributed, high-availability systems.
• Experience using AI development tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive a high-performing team of developers, fostering a culture of technical ownership, security-first mindset, and continuous delivery.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust secure access features, ensuring seamless integration between IT and OT networks.
• Oversee the development of scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures that support global enterprise scales.
• Work closely with Product Management and Security Researchers to implement Zero Trust principles and advanced session monitoring capabilities.
• Invest in your team’s professional growth, promoting best practices in code quality, security protocols, and system resilience.
