Job summary

Reynaers Group in Poland is seeking a technically skilled support specialist to assist clients with ReynAl (LiczOkno) and ReynaPro (LogiKal) software. You will be the first line of support, analyze documentation, and train clients in English as needed.

You will also lead presentations, update data parameters, and manage LiczOkno databases, requiring strong AutoCAD/MS Office skills and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year in construction industry (quoting, production technology).
• Strong command of AutoCAD and MS Office (including VBA).
• English level B2; Polish level C1.
• Ability to read technical and design documentation.
• Knowledge of estimation software LiczOkno and LogiKal is a plus; Jira or GIT helpful.
• High organizational skills, reliability and accountability.
• Category B driver's license.

• First line of support for reported issues,
• Technical documentation analysis and verification against the software database,
• Conducting software training sessions for clients (including in English),
• Leading presentations and webinars,
• Updating translations, thermal parameters, CE marking data, CNC machining data, and defining LiczOkno databases.

Our Requirements

• Technical degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Civil Engineering),
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry (quoting, production technology),
• Strong command of AutoCAD and MS Office (including VBA),
• Communicative English skills (B2 level),
• Advanced Polish skills (C1 level),
• Ability to read technical and design documentation,
• Assets: knowledge of estimation software (LiczOkno, LogiKal), Jira, or GIT version control,
• High organizational skills, reliability, and accountability,
• Category B driver's license.
