Job summary

Reynaers Aluminium Poland is seeking a technically minded support specialist to provide direct technical support for ReynAl (LiczOkno) and ReynaPro (LogiKal) software, act as first line of support for client issues, and perform documentation checks.

You will deliver software trainings (including in English), lead presentations and webinars, and update translations, data, and databases to keep solutions up to date.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year in construction industry (quoting, production technology) desirable.
• Ability to read technical and design documentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical support for clients regarding operation of ReynAl and ReynaPro software.
• First line of support for reported issues.
• Technical documentation analysis and verification against software database.
• Conduct software trainings sessions for clients, including in English.
• Leading presentations and webinars.
• Updating translations, thermal parameters, CE marking data, CNC machining data, and defining LiczOkno databases.
