Job summary

Reynaers Group in Poland is seeking a technically skilled support specialist to assist clients with ReynAl (LiczOkno) and ReynaPro (LogiKal) software. You will be the first line of support, analyze documentation, and train clients in English as needed.

You will also lead presentations, update data parameters, and manage LiczOkno databases, requiring strong AutoCAD/MS Office skills and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year in construction industry (quoting, production technology).
• Strong command of AutoCAD and MS Office (including VBA).
• English level B2; Polish level C1.
• Ability to read technical and design documentation.
• Knowledge of estimation software LiczOkno and LogiKal is a plus; Jira or GIT helpful.
• High organizational skills, reliability and accountability.
• Category B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical support for clients regarding ReynAl (LiczOkno) and ReynaPro (LogiKal) software.
• First line of support for reported issues.
• Analyze technical documentation and verify against software database.
• Conduct software training sessions for clients (including in English).
• Lead presentations and webinars.
• Update translations, thermal parameters, CE marking data, CNC data, and LiczOkno databases.
