Job summary

Siemens is seeking a motivated Junior Logistics Specialist with German and English to join our Shared Services team supporting the global software business of Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Katowice. You will manage software orders from Siemens regional companies, verify pricing, issue invoices, coordinate information with international stakeholders, and support end-to-end order management.

Qualifications

• University degree or student status in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance or IT.
• 1–2 years in customer service, order management, logistics, or shared services preferred.
• German B1 or higher for written communication preferred.
• English B2 or higher.
• Proficient with SAP SD/MM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage software orders from Siemens regional companies worldwide.
• Verify pricing and create invoices, credit notes, and related documents.
• Coordinate information flows with regional organizations and handle inquiries or order changes.
• Support end-to-end order management activities for assigned regions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, IT and global teams.
• Prepare and support reporting related to software products and license management.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service levels.
