Siemens is seeking a motivated Junior Logistics Specialist to support the global software business within the Shared Services team. You will handle software product orders from international Siemens entities, ensure accurate invoicing, and communicate with stakeholders worldwide to enable smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• University degree or student status in logistics, supply chain, business, economics, finance, IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, finance operations, or shared services is advantageous.
• German written communication at least B1 level and English at least B2 level.
• Good IT literacy and ability to work with multiple systems and applications.
• Knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage software orders from Siemens regional companies worldwide within headquarters systems.
• Verify pricing and support invoicing, credit notes and related documentation.
• Coordinate information flows with regional organizations and handle inquiries, complaints, order modifications, and customer requests.
• Support end-to-end order management activities for assigned regions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, IT and other global teams.
• Prepare and support reporting activities related to software products and license management.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and service level expectations.
