Qualifications
- PhD in software engineering or related field.
- Deep familiarity with modern software development methodologies.
- Experience with AI/ML for software engineering.
- Publication track record in software engineering research.
- Some software development experience in product environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead research projects on creating, deploying, and assessing new software development methodologies and tools.
- Advance software development practices and explore AI/ML solutions for SW engineering.
- Select and assess tools or develop custom tooling for Hitachi Energy needs.
- Collaborate with global researchers and engineers to solve real-world challenges.
- Disseminate results in publications, patents, and technical reports.
