Job summary

SimCorp is seeking an experienced Developer in Warsaw to join a self-organized Scrum team within Investment Operations. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise features in .NET/C# and drive automation-first testing strategies across E2E, API, and integration tests.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Leads, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor peers while advancing CI/CD and cloud-based delivery. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with C#/.NET
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise applications in .NET/C#
• Demonstrated expertise in automation frameworks and CI/CD
• Solid understanding of cloud (Azure) and building/managing pipelines
• Proficient English communication, written and spoken
• Ability to mentor and collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain new features
• Take technical ownership of feature delivery with emphasis on quality, scalability, and performance
• Drive automation-first testing: end-to-end, API and integration tests
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers during analysis and refinement
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision making
• Mentor colleagues through code reviews and pair programming
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and development tools
• Adhere to XP practices (TDD, clean code) and participate in sprint demos
