Job summary

SimCorp seeks an experienced Senior Investment Operations Technology Testing Consultant in Warsaw to lead testing across client engagements. You will analyze complex requirements, design and execute tests, and collaborate with clients to ensure quality delivery.

The role emphasizes test automation, early defect detection, and strong knowledge of financial workflows. Hybrid work, international exposure, and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software testing experience.
• Coding experience in C# preferred; Python/JavaScript/PowerShell welcome.
• Experience in creating test automation scripts and scenarios.
• Experience using version control (Git/Azure DevOps or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (min. B2+ or C1).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and clarify complex business and functional requirements to align scope, risks, and quality expectations.
• Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders through meetings on requirements, testing approach, progress, and outcomes.
• Document and present test results, defects, and quality risks in a clear, structured way.
• Support incident and defect management through analysis, documentation, and reporting for timely resolution.
