SimCorp in Warsaw is seeking a Lead Automation Tester to design and execute automated tests for UI and API layers. You will drive test strategy, mentor junior testers, and collaborate across delivery units in a dynamic FinTech environment.

The role requires strong C# coding, scripting, and experience with BDD/SpecFlow in an Agile setting. A hybrid work model and continuous learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing and test automation experience.
• Proficiency in C# with scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong UI and Web API test automation, API testing tools, and CI/CD familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex requirements and design robust test cases.
• Execute tests, manage incidents, and report results clearly.
• Collaborate across teams in an Agile environment to improve quality.
• Develop and maintain reusable automated test scenarios.
