Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior C++ Developer to join our global team working on client connectivity trading systems and FIX-based platforms. You will modernize connectivity platforms, enhance performance, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders worldwide.

The role is hybrid, with three days per week in Kraków or Wrocław, Poland, and involves DevOps focus, CI/CD, and post-implementation support across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on C++ development.
• Experience with multi-threading, STL and templates.
• Proficiency in sockets, data structures, algorithms and casting.
• Background in Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience building high-performance, low-latency distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modernize client connectivity trading platforms and FIX-based systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions within a global team.
• Deliver features to improve performance, throughput and reliability.
