Job summary

SimCorp in Warsaw is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer for Technical Enablement to strengthen our value streams. You will build robust C# applications, drive DevOps practices, and design scalable test-automation within a hybrid work model.

You’ll work with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tooling, helping teams reduce friction and accelerate delivery for our global fintech clients. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and ongoing transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on C# software development experience.
• Experience delivering DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure platform services.
• Ability to work in Warsaw with hybrid model.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software in C#.
• Create automated end-to-end tests from business requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants on DevOps configurations.
• Monitor and debug test failures; provide first-level infra support.
• Develop tools to support integrated tests and improve delivery.
