Job summary
Point72’s Warsaw Technology team is building software applications and integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, and internal platforms. You’ll work with business stakeholders, apply test-driven development and agile practices, and help upgrade and scale our core systems with AI-enabled insights.
The role focuses on full‑stack development with .NET, cloud platforms, and secure interfaces. You’ll be part of a cross‑functional group improving resiliency, automation, and performance while
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development, .NET preferred, enterprise apps
- Full-stack development with modern server-side and front-end tech
- Relational database design, modeling, queries and debugging
- Service-oriented integrations and secure interfaces between systems
- Automated testing, code review, and continuous delivery practices
- Experience with cloud environments, distributed systems, and production support
Responsibilities
- Build software applications and integrations with SaaS solutions for HR, Payroll, Finance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver software using test-driven and agile methods
- Upgrade features to improve resiliency, capacity, automation, and controls
- Contribute to core platform architecture and cloud modernization efforts
- Work with DevOps to manage operations and CI/CD pipelines
- Support cross-departmental initiatives with other tech teams
