Job summary

TechInsights is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our Warsaw team. You will turn complex customer problems into reliable software, collaborate with Product, engineering, quality, and domain experts, and lead by example.

You will use AI-assisted development heavily and stay accountable for what you build. You’ll design APIs, data models, and components that are easy to test and evolve, while prioritizing maintainability, automated testing, and fast feedback loops to deliver real

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience building and maintaining production software systems.
• Strong grasp of software architecture and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Learn customers, workflows and circuit analysis domain, translate needs into testable features.
• Design well-structured, maintainable software using Clean Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design.
• Coach engineers, review code, mentor teammates and lead by example.
• Own software in production: monitoring, incident investigation, and rapid iteration.
• Develop APIs and data models that are easy to understand and maintain.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools while validating results before production use.
