Altium Limited, part of the Renesas Group, is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer in Poland to drive software innovation for Altium products. You will design and verify both low-level computational geometry and high-level business logic, while advancing algorithms and cross-platform code quality.

The role requires at least 5 years in software development, strong C# with .NET, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years experience in software development.
• Strong C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core) with Delphi as an advantage.
• Demonstrate proficiency in modern programming techniques and patterns.
• Ability to optimize performance and memory usage using tools like PerfView, Visual Studio Profiler, RenderDoc.
• Cross-platform coding with compact, efficient solutions.
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures with complexity analysis.
• Design and implement modular, easily extensible solutions.
