Job summary

Aras is seeking a Software Engineer to join our L3 Support team and help resolve complex escalated issues in Aras Innovator, our enterprise low-code platform. You will diagnose issues across the application stack, deliver fixes, and help improve platform stability for SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployments.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive improvements, upgrade support capabilities, and ensure customer success with continuous learning and tooling enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development in production with .NET.
• Strong C# / .NET knowledge and OOP principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve, and prevent production issues affecting Aras Innovator customers.
• Investigate complex issues and identify root causes across the application stack.
• Drive escalated customer issues through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop enhancements and product improvements addressing customer-reported issues.
• Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices to streamline the delivery process.
• Share knowledge to improve support and engineering practices.
