Job summary

Aras Corporation is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our ASF team in Poland. You will contribute to a cross-functional effort building reliable, scalable solutions using Aras Innovator infrastructure to meet customer needs.

Eligible candidates in Poland will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and engineers to refine technical solutions, write tests, and participate in code reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET/C#/JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Proven ability to optimize performance and analyze systems.
• Familiarity with software development processes: estimation and workflow.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and LLM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan iterations and define sprint goals in rough planning cycles.
• Conduct research and prototyping to evaluate approaches.
• Work with product architects to refine technical solutions.
• Apply best design and coding practices to deliver high-quality components.
• Develop solutions and ensure iteration goals are met.
• Write automated tests to ensure code quality; participate in code reviews.
• Continuously improve team processes and promote knowledge sharing.
