Job summary

Aras in Kraków is seeking a QA Engineer to join the L3 Support team. You will perform functional and non-functional testing of the Aras Innovator web application, analyze and clarify requirements, and help define testing strategies across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployments.

The role requires 2+ years in QA, testing web apps, strong QA methodology knowledge, and effective communication in English within an Agile/Scrum setting. Polish work eligibility is assumed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA experience.
• Experience testing web applications.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools.
• Experience creating test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
• Understanding of databases.
• Ability to test, analyze, and clarify requirements.
• Good understanding of client-server architectures and integrations.
• Intermediate or higher English.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ownership mindset and proactive quality approach.

Responsibilities

• Functional and non-functional testing of the web application.
• Analyze, test, and clarify project requirements.
• Develop and apply testing strategies.
• Plan, prioritize, and estimate testing tasks.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Adapt automated tests to customizations.
• Create, analyze, and track bugs; collaborate on resolution.
• Track and report quality metrics and test results.
• Collaborate with developers, PO, partners, and team members.
• Follow QA processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
