Job summary

Aras in Kraków is seeking a QA Engineer to join the L3 Support team. You will perform functional and non-functional testing of the Aras Innovator web application, analyze and clarify requirements, and help define testing strategies across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployments.

The role requires 2+ years in QA, testing web apps, strong QA methodology knowledge, and effective communication in English within an Agile/Scrum setting. Polish work eligibility is assumed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA experience.
• Experience testing web applications.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools.
• Experience creating test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
• Understanding of databases.
• Ability to test, analyze, and clarify requirements.
• Good understanding of client-server architectures and integrations.

Who we are and what we do:

Aras is a software company specializing in the development of the Aras Innovator product, with a development center based in Poland.

Aras Innovator is a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform that enables the work with complex products, their components, and associated business processes. It provides end-to-end visibility and control across the entire product lifecycle - from concept and design to manufacturing and maintenance.

The L3 Support team specializes in investigating and resolving complex technical issues in Aras Innovator. The team works across the application stack to identify root causes, deliver fixes and improvements, and enhance platform stability across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployment models.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in QA
• Experience in testing web applications
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices
• Experience in creating test documentation (Test Cases, Checklist, Bug report)
• Understanding of databases and data storage principles
• Ability to test, analyze, and clarify requirements
• Good understanding of client-server architecture and integrations
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI-assisted tools in QA
• Experience working with Azure Cloud and SaaS applications
• Experience with Git
