Job summary

Solid Company is seeking a skilled Java software engineer in Poland to analyze requirements, document technical details, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code. The role covers design reviews, implementation, testing, and production support within an agile project lifecycle.

You will work on RESTful services, relational databases, and modern debugging tools, with opportunities to use Docker and Kubernetes in deployments. Remote on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, SpringBoot, JPA, Hibernate, RESTful services.
• Knowledge of relational databases (DB2 / PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of software debugging tools.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented and Concurrent Programming.
• Solid experience with version control systems (Git).
• Priority given to familiarity with design patterns, code quality, and unit testing.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with production deployment and troubleshooting.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all coded programs strictly adhere to established industry standards and technical specifications.


• Technical Delivery: Conduct in-depth technical analysis and take ownership of component delivery within the project lifecycle.


• Project Participation: Actively engage in all stages of project delivery, including:
