Job summary

Solid, an international technology consulting company, seeks a senior .NET developer in Warsaw to join an operations and facilities management platform project. You will develop features, fix bugs, and help shape the software architecture.

You will mentor other engineers, participate in all SDLC phases, and collaborate with distributed teams on global support and deployments, while training the Product Management Team on new releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in .NET development including designing software solutions
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, and Blazor (Server/WebAssembly)
• Solid front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap; jQuery
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL including views, procedures, functions, and optimization
• Experience with BI dashboards, reporting, and ETL processes; SSRS is a plus
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and lifecycle management
• Experience with REST, SOAP, WCF, and SOA
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes
• Hands-on use of AI tools for coding and testing (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with distributed teams
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

• Developing features and implementing bug fixes across a range of modern .NET based technologies and applications.


• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to software developers, other software engineers and interns.


• Designing and creating next generation telecom application software, as well as participates in ongoing sustainment of the software.


• Participating in all phases of the software development process.


• Working as part of a distributed international team, engaging in global support and implementation activities.


• Participating with the Product Management Team in the training, product briefs, and deployment of new installations both internally and externally.

• Experience in .NET development for 7 years, including designing/architecting software solutions, for 5+ years.


• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, and Blazor (Server/WebAssembly).


• Solid front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap; jQuery.


• Strong experience with SQL Server and T-SQL: schema design, views, stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.
