SEIDOR is looking for a Senior Software Developer – (Full Stack) to join our team in Warsaw, Poland (Near-site). You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise software and lead development teams, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

You will work with modern frontend technologies (Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, CSS/SCSS) and backend (.NET, C#). Expect microservices, databases, and CI/CD pipelines within Agile/Scrum settings.

Competenze

• 6+ years IT-related professional experience.
• 3+ years in relevant software development projects.
• At least one advanced-level certification in software development.
• Experience as Senior Full-Stack/Lead Developer.

We are looking for aSenior Software Developer – (Full Stack) to join our team in Warsaw, Poland (Near-site) and contribute to a high-impact IT project within a European Union agency.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software applications.

Lead technical development teams and coordinate software engineering activities.

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.

Develop modern frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and CSS/SCSS.

Design and implement microservices and microfrontend architectures.

Work with relational and non-relational databases.

Apply object-oriented and functional programming principles and design patterns.

Optimise application performance, security, reliability, and code quality.

Develop automated and unit tests to ensure software quality.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, container-based environments, and release management.

Prepare technical documentation, software designs, and development standards.

Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.

Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Minimum 6 years of IT-related professional experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant software development projects or similar positions.

At least one advanced-level certification in a software development technology domain.

Specific technical requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer or Lead Developer.

Strong expertise in enterprise software development and the complete software development lifecycle.

Experience designing and developing microservices or microfrontend solutions.

Strong frontend development skills with Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, and CSS/SCSS.

Backend development experience with .NET and C#.

Experience with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server) and non-relational databases.

Knowledge of GraphQL and UML application modelling.

Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional design patterns.

Experience developing automated and unit tests.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and container-based environments such as OpenShift.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.

Ability to lead technical teams, document solutions, and solve complex technical problems.
