Job summary

Act Digital is seeking a Senior Software Developer for a leading European institution. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise software, translating business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring quality through testing and documentation.

Required is 6+ years in IT, 3+ years in project roles, and expertise in SharePoint on-premises (2019/Subscription), SPFx, React/TypeScript, PnPjs, .NET/C#, IIS, and SQL Server. On-site presence in Warsaw 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• University degree corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework (Bachelor level).
• Minimum 6 years of IT-relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile or in a similar position.
• At least 1 certification among Advanced-level certificate in the software development technology domain or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems and enterprise applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into software design.
• Optimize software from performance, security, and quality perspectives.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Estimate development effort and timelines.
• Define and apply software development standards.
