Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Poland is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a strategic Data & AI initiative supporting a leading international legal organization. You will build and maintain user-facing applications for AI-powered products, including risk factor identification, contract analysis and legal document intelligence tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Data Engineers and Scientists, strong testing, and delivering robust, scalable software in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Software/Full Stack Developer.
• Strong frontend skills in React, TS/JS.
• Strong backend skills (.NET/C#, Java or Python).

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain front-end and back-end components of AI-powered product UIs.
• Support and extend existing AI products (Risk Factors, Covenant Trigger analysis, warranties/SPA, Contract analysis).
• Review, refine and productionize prototype/MVP applications into robust solutions.
• Build and integrate APIs connecting front-end with data and AI services.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and stakeholders to translate requirements into working software.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality, performance and reliability.
• Support new Data & AI initiatives and evolving business requirements.

Your role

Your tasks

• Design, build and maintain front-end and back-end components of AI-powered product UIs.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Software / Full Stack Developer.
• Strong front-end development skills (React, TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Strong back-end development skills (e.g. .NET/C#, Java or Python).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with version control and agile delivery (Git, Jira).
• Strong testing/QA practices, including unit testing and test automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in, and available to work on-site full-time from, Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered or LLM-integrated applications.
• UI/UX design experience (e.g. Figma).
