Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to drive data quality improvements across business domains, ensuring trusted data for reporting, decision-making and AI solutions.

You will define and monitor data quality standards, investigate and resolve issues, and produce dashboards while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. The role requires 3–5+ years in the field and fluency in English, with on-site work from Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Your role

Your profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance or MDM.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and controls.
• Experience in root cause analysis and issue management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining data quality KPIs and reporting.
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in, and available to work on‑site full‑time from, Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Nice to Have

• SAP MDG experience.
• Experience in large-scale data transformation programs.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks.
