Full time CoP

Respond to computer related service and trouble calls
Move workstations and peripherals, as required
Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes)
Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions

Requirements:

Ability to resolve Windows 10 and MAC OS Operating System Errors
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/2019/Office365 Suite
Proficient in collaboration Tools Teams/Skype/Zoom
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy Objects
