Service IT Specialist - Cracow

Location: Cracow

Salary: 7,000 - 8,000 PLN gross

Employment type: Full-time, CoP

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to computer-related service and trouble calls.
2. Move workstations and peripherals as required.
3. Receive and provide necessary equipment, including installation and setup of hardware, cables, and outlets (IMAC: installs/moves/add/changes).
4. Diagnose and resolve printer and peripheral device failures.

Requirements:

1. Ability to resolve Windows Operating System errors.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
