Job summary

PMSolutions is seeking an employee for an onsite position in Kraków or Warsaw. The role offers a competitive salary between 6,000 and 8,000 PLN gross. The candidate will be responsible for transferring devices, installing and configuring hardware and software, and supporting key engineering applications.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Active Directory. Various benefits including a multiSport card and medical care are included.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of antivirus software and VPN solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in other devices.

• Provide required hardware (install and configure equipment, cables, sockets, other hardware) – IMAC.
• Diagnose failures in other devices.
• Install and update hardware and software for supported devices.
• Support key engineering applications used in the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
• Understanding of antivirus software and VPN solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Some experience in hardware handling (installing memory/ hard drives).
