SOFTWARE and HARDWARE IT SPECIALIST CRACOW

We are seeking a Software and Hardware IT Specialist in Cracow.

Position: Software and Hardware IT Specialist
Location: Cracow
Salary: 7,000 - 8,000 PLN gross
Type: Full-time, Contract of Employment (CoP)

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to computer-related service and trouble calls.
2. Move workstations and peripherals as required.
3. Receive and provide required equipment, including installation and setup of hardware, cables, outlets, and all other components (IMAC - installs/moves/adds/changes).
4. Diagnose and resolve printer and peripheral device failures.

Requirements:

• Ability to resolve Windows 10 and Mac OS errors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/2019/Office365 Suite.
• Proficient in collaboration tools such as Teams, Skype, Zoom.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
