Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a data engineer specialized in Snowflake and cloud data solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for business functions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data platforms and AI/ML projects.

The role requires hands-on Snowflake experience, proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, and a strong English level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Big Data or Cloud projects.
• Knowledge of Snowflake pricing and cost optimization.
• Experience designing data transformation pipelines with Snowflake or partners.
• Familiarity with Snowflake security model.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (storage, compute, networking, DevOps).
• Basic SQL and one programming language (Python/Scala/Java/bash).
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Optimize data models and schemas for performance and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across the data lifecycle.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for issues.
• Plan and execute migration from on-prem to Snowflake.
• Develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Stay updated on Snowflake best practices.
