Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Snowflake Data Analyst to join a team responsible for designing and delivering data-driven solutions that create business value. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation in a modern data environment.

Expect to gather and validate data, create mappings and data flows, perform gap analyses, and collaborate in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or IT Analyst in data-driven projects.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (functional and non-functional).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong SQL skills and handling large datasets.
• Experience with data mapping, data lineage and data flow analysis.
• Ability to perform gap analysis between current and target solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Bridge between Business and IT to align requirements.
• Extract, analyze, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources to support design and decision-making.
• Create and maintain data mappings and document data flows.
• Perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solutions.
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Stakeholders and development teams to design IT solutions.
• Contribute to Solution Design Documentation and describe the to-be solution.
• Build understanding of business processes and data within the domain.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholders and align across teams.
