Job summary

Jit is seeking an Applications Manager/SME to join a financial services project focused on supporting the DORA Register of Information through a data and reporting solution. You will own the lifecycle, ensure availability, and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and tech teams.

You will work in hybrid mode from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź, with 2/3 days in the office, and you will drive automation, data quality and scalable future-state design while aligning with risk, security

Qualifications

• Experience in application lifecycle management and application support.
• Strong incident, problem and change management skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Understanding of data quality, reporting processes and data governance.
• Excellent English communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Background as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of risk, security and compliance principles.
• Experience in project management or cross-functional initiatives.

Salary: 500-800 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will join a financial services project focused on supporting the DORA Register of Information through a business-critical data and reporting solution used to manage regulatory, procurement and third-party risk information. As an Application Manager/SME, you will be responsible for the lifecycle, stability and continuous improvement of the solution. You will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to ensure reliable application performance, high data quality and reporting accuracy, while driving automation, optimizing data flows and contributing to scalable future-state solution design.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience in application lifecycle management and application support
• Strong understanding of incident, problem and change management
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI
• Understanding of data quality, reporting processes and data governance
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with business stakeholders and external vendors
• Background as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Application Analyst, Application Manager, Systems Analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of risk, security and compliance principles
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work across different organizational levels
• Experience in project management or driving cross-functional initiatives
