Job summary

Wabtec's Stemmann Polska plant in Kąty Wrocławskie, part of Wabtec Corporation, seeks a skilled supply chain professional to optimize internal logistics, lead Lean projects, and ensure WMS functionality. You will work with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse Ops to drive cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and data-driven improvements across transport and warehousing.

Requires Master's in Logistics, 3+ years in manufacturing with international transport, strong WMS/ERP knowledge,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing, international transportation, customs clearance and transport planning.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation documentation and processes.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and optimize internal logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Lead logistics process improvement, Lean initiatives, digitalization, and system implementations.
• Maintain and improve WMS structures and functionality.
• Support inventory management, stock reclassification, and scrapping processes.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
