CAE is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Kraków to oversee in-house applications and drive automation across monitoring, deployment, and workflows. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and collaboration with DevOps teams within a hybrid work setup.

You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform while enhancing security practices and API integrations. The position invites proactive engineers willing to participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software or system engineering with 2+ years in SRE or platform reliability.
• Hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience developing and integrating with APIs and strong automation/DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee application tasks related to in-house applications supporting various airline processes.
• Operate production systems under general direction.
• Design and build automation to ensure system scalability and efficiency.
• Develop tools and scripts for monitoring, deployment, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectures with business objectives.
• Support and enable DevOps processes and IT service management disciplines.
• Act as a consultant or technical architect to deliver solutions based on requirements.
• Contribute to release management through automation tools.
• Participate in the on-call rotation in a hybrid Kraków office.
