Job summary

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Kraków, Poland to join our Site Reliability Engineering team. The role involves managing applications and infrastructure supporting Akamai's Compute products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Linux systems engineering experience, automation skills in Python and shell scripting, and will work in a collaborative environment to troubleshoot complex systems. The position offers a flexible work model.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Linux internals and system administration.
• Understanding of underlying hardware and virtualization technologies.
• Experience in a development or SRE role with large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute changes to software and services for VHP.
• Design enhancements to observability infrastructure.
